Silk & Stitch: An Exploration of Embellishment in Fashion

This exhibit showcased a variety of embellishment techniques from the 19th Century through the 1960s, featuring garments from the DeKalb History Center in Decatur, Georgia. I selected the garments for the exhibit, provided information to the history center staff on dates, materials, and techniques used in the garments, and mounted the garments on Dorfman figures.
